Miss Cougar Valentine to Be Crowned at Orange County Convention

SAN RAFAEL, CA, December 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Older Women who prefer Younger Men are invited to compete for the title of Miss Cougar Valentine at the first-ever Orange County Cougar Convention, Saturday, February 12, 2011, at The Shark Club, 841 Baker Street, Costa Mesa CA 92626. Cubs (younger men) in attendance will decide who wins the contest. The winner receives a free room at Hedonism II Resort & Spa at Negril Beach, Jamaica during International Cougar Week, March 27 - April 2, 2011.

The highpoint of the Convention will be the Miss Cougar Valentine Contest. One cougar at the convention will be awarded the title and prizes. The winner will be a woman who is present at the Convention, legally single, and at least 35 years of age.

The Convention begins at 7:30pm with the Keynote Address, "Younger Men/Older Women: The Ideal Combination" with Rich Gosse. Dr. Fayr Barkley, Director of Cougar International, will also speak. Live Comedy follows, with Cougar Comedienne Judy Steinberg. Dance Party follows at 9pm. At approximately 10pm, one cougar will be crowned Miss Cougar Valentine, who will be available to the news media for interviews. She will also be available for photos in front of the club's 2,000 gallon shark tank.
